Puppy Socialization Class

This class is to  help young puppies up to 20 weeks of age learn proper socialization. Good habits learned by puppies at this age will help them become great dogs.

Learn how to handle the most urgent puppy training issues. Concepts and techniques introduced in this class provide a balance of positive motivation and challenges which build your puppy’s confidence while encouraging your puppy’s capacity for learning. Furthermore, many of the skills taught in this class such as, walking on a loose leach, sit, down, and come when called help develop your puppy’s self control. This class also covers problem-solving ideas for potty training, chewing, teething, digging and more.

Our trainers are offering *Low Cost* classes on good manners. Does your dog have bad manners? Does he jump on people? Does he pull you when you try to take him for a walk? All this can be fixed with the proper training.

Learn training techniques for dealing with inattentive, out-of-control, noisy and hyperactive adolescent and adult dogs. Brush up on manners and obedience skills. The skills and concepts introduced in this class include, but are not limited to, general house manners, impulse control, walking on a loose leash, coming when called and waiting at entrances and exits (doors and gates). Information and advice pertaining to specific behavioral issues are routinely addressed during this class. Training is introduced through positive and motivational techniques which makes learning fun for both you and your dog! The perfect class for a newly adopted dog.

This class is not intended for training aggressive/reactive dogs. Please see our other training options for this type of issue.

Our next class starts November 17, 2019

One-on-one EVALUATION/training sessions

We also offer the option of one-on-one sessions.

Do you have a dog who reacts negatively to leashes, people or other dogs? Our trainers will work one-on-one with you and your dog to evaluate and help you understand why and how to address these common issues.

These sessions are not just for dogs with behavior issues; they are for anyone who prefers not being in a classroom setting or would just rather have individual training.

The cost for a one-on-one session is $50 and can last from 1-2 hours.

Click below to reserve a one-on-one session and the trainer will contact you within 48 hours to set up a time and date that works best for both of you
